Please Read: Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared. Every package will have a tracking number. Tracking numbers are uploaded to all orders. You can find your tracking number on your order details screen. You should receive an email with a tracking number included as well.

INSURANCE: For items under $500, insurance and registered post are optional. Please state if you desire for your package to be registered and/or insured. If you do not purchase insurance with your order then the store is not responsible for anything that happens to your package. Buyer absorbs the risk if a package is lost in transit or returned because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Every effort will be made to locate the package if lost in transit. Buyer will be responsible for additional charges to have the package reshipped.
Items over $500, insurance and register post are required, unless you opt out in writing.
Please make a note in the comments box right before you place your order if you prefer a specific way for your order to be shipped. Orders will be shipped to your paypal address. If you would like your order sent to a different address then please contact the store.
If you wish to return an order, or part thereof, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You must provide the tracking number for the return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The shipping cost stated is only an estimate. The actual shipping cost will be included on the invoice once the information is confirmed. We will choose the best shipping option based on cost and expediency. If you choose to expediate the shipping, please indicate it in your order. The added cost will be your responsibility. If orders have been shipped and no response is received from the buyer, orders will be marked complete 1 month after the date of shipping for orders within the US and 2 months after the date of shipping for orders outside the US.
Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import charges
- Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item. Some countries also have import charges on the cost of freight and/or weight as well.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- We comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied and as a seller we do not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
